Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all makeup bags and accessories are unused and placed back into their original branded packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
